We are so thankful to have our buddy back! I hope everyone else is reunited with a lost pet.
A kind person scooped Jack up and took him to the Cotswold animal Hospital. They scanned the microchip and called.
We are so grateful to Petkey.
Found under our house hiding. We got him out with a can of tuna, but he was so scared. He's safe inside now
We had posted on the local lost/found pets page and a CSO commented stating they were picked up by NDSU police and brought to the pound. I went there and talked with the officer where he graciously released them back to my care even though the pound was closed today.
After a year and a half of heartbreak, endless searching, and countless tears, my sweet Ivy has finally been found.
A beautiful and kind family came across her and gave her safety until she could make her way back to me. To say my heart is overflowing would be an understatement—this is a miracle I’ve prayed for so many nights.
The emptiness of not knowing where she was has been one of the hardest journeys, and today that weight has been lifted. I cannot fully put into words the joy, relief, and overwhelming gratitude I feel in this moment. My heart is whole again.
Welcome home, Ivy. You were so deeply missed.
Milo had fallen off our patio and was hiding in the backyard under the covers of patio furniture, and although my daughter, who was home all day looking for him had been in the backyard several times she did not hear or find him. I just went down calling him and heard a tiny little meow that I followed, and only once I lifted the covers and he saw it was me did he peek his little head out. He must have been very scared but was super happy to see me and come home and have a good meal. And even though we didnt need to use Petkey we are super grateful for this community and thank you for being there to help make sure our little furry family members can find their way home safely!
We are so over joyed Commander Riker was found ... Apparently he was never actually missing ... While he's the kind of cat that follows us around (especially his mom) it was very unlike him to be in a closet sleeping all day which he finally casually and very slowly walked out of stretching and yawning while he looked up at his daddy, and we can only assume what he was thinking.
However we just moved to our new home this past Saturday, and we more recently moved Riker two nights ago, so with him getting used to a new house I was extra paranoid and nervous. We are getting him a collar after this.
Thank you Petkey for sending out an alert to all the animal professionals in our neighborhood! I'm very grateful to have my kitty and knowing I will sleep tonight. Riker says Meow meow.
Kitty was found in a storm drain by a nearby neighbor. We are so thankful for their willingness to share their location and stay with her until we could go and recover her.
Earlier in the day, I had left up fliers for Buddy and one of the apartment managers had sent out an email to residents with Buddy's picture. A neighbor from my apartment complex texted me at about 1:00 AM to say that she'd seen Buddy in the back of her building. I got the text a few hours later and went outside to look for him. While he was no longer behind the neighbor's building, as I stood in the parking lot, I began to hear a cat crying. I got down on the ground and saw Buddy hiding under a car. Although he was scared and didn't come to me immediately, I was able to use food to lure him close enough to grab the scruff of his neck. He didn't fight me, and I carried him back inside. He was dirty, scared and thirsty after almost 24 hours outside, but apparently uninjured. He's doing well today, sleeping and lounging around the apartment. He was originally born feral, and I think this episode reminded him that he much prefers the comforts of indoor life.
He went up to a police officer and he took the dog to the station and scanned his microchip. I was called to claim him. I am so happy for the outcome. My family is grateful he was found.
Kiki was picked up and taken to Humane Animal Rescue, who took good care of her and scanned her for a chip.
We got communication from the community quickly and found out he followed someone home who emailed us throug this platform and we recovered him. Thank you so much!!
A Good Samaritan found him miles away and was brought to Pawtucket Animal Shelter and they contacted me
My daughter posted dog missing on all her social media accounts and my sister in law saw him right after looking at his picture. He was a whole city away from us. It felt like a miracle!
Someone found our baby, took him immediately to a local vet and found he was microchipped. Petkey immediately contacted us and followed up the next day. Thank you for helping us find our baby! He is home safe.
I found Beans in the backyard in the morning hiding from the rain in the recycling.
My neighbor saw her running in back of another neighbor's barn. She was afraid of them, and I rushed back home from hanging up flyers for her. When I got to my neighbor's field, I saw her behind some bushes and called her. When she recognized me, she ran right to me. Thank God for my neighbors.
We want to thank everyone who helped us reunite with our bengal baby Toby! We left the catio open and we found him waiting inside around 3:30 AM, we are very grateful to everyone who shared or reached out!
We have left our doors open since Benny left in the hopes he would just walk right in when he was ready and found his way home. We had just laid down to attempt to get some sleep at 1am so we could get back up at 4am to keep searching, as we read that nighttime is the best time to look for a lost cat. We no more than hit our pillows and we hear his signature "meow" front right inside the open back door! We were and still are in disbelief and are so excited, relieved and blessed to have our baby back home!
An older man walking his dog, found him this morning, but didn't see us looking for him, so he kept him at his home until after work hours. He then reached out to a neighbor, who then reached out to us. He then put Messiah in his truck for fun ride hide home, head hanging out the window and all, which was ok because they weren't moving very fast and only lived down the street. Messiah was perfectly fine and happy to get dinner and play with the other dogs!
