A Message From the Owner
We reside in the Philadelphia area in the Northeast section. We were working in the yard and our Westie Shih Tzu got out and wandered away however he normally does not do this. he usually stays close by. We drove and walked around our neighborhood for 2 hours at least we asked every person we saw if they happened to see a dog of this description however no one had it is so heart-wrenching and we are so sad over this because he is a wonderful little guy and a big part of our family.
