Teddy slipped his collar and got out of the car at the Aldis in Teays Valley around 3:30. Reports indicate that he ran across the interstate. He was spotted out Mt. Vernon road and Teays Lane. Teddy is a 90 lbs tricolored Bernese mountain dog. He hates being chased but loves being sweet talked. The best chance of catching him would be treats and sweet talk.
