A Message From the Owner
Charlie went missing on 1/22/17. A witness reported a sedan pulled over and a woman got out and picked up Charlie and put him in her car on the corner of Lambtown Rd and Col. Ledyard Hwy on the same day he went missing. Please help us locate this person. She may have believed he was abandoned and not realize Charlie's family is heartbroken.
