Please help me find Benjamin Franklin!!! He has heart worms and has to have treatments!!!! A neighbor saw a heavyset, black, woman took him off of his leash and he bit her arm. She got into a red truck in an alley and the neighbor believes she either came from or went to a bar nearby. He was wearing a red collar without tags. He's about 5 lbs. He's missing some hair from the treatments. He has some light gray hair on his back. He barks, but he's friendly once he sniffs you. If you have any information, please call 866-699-3463!!!!
