Roscoe is missing. He is chipped. From Frank Dillard Rd. Jefferson N.C. think someone picked him up. Be on the lookout for a white with tan Lhasa apso mix dog. He is really sweet and super soft but he needs his ANTI- seizure meds. He's my ptsd/depression dog.
