Just found a dog in my neighborhood that looks similar to this one in the photo but all black, had a blue collar with no tags, no chip. He/She was hit at the intersection of Lawrence and Matthews Ave off Madison (46227) by a terrible person in a truck who ran.
His eye was messed up and leg broken but was still alert and very calm as we took care of him until a wonderful passerby took and surrendered him to Indy Vet Emergency about 3 miles away who said he's going to be ok. They'll clean him |
