Percy is a grey tabby with brown highlights. He is friendly, but generally skittish. He can be pretty vocal with the "meows". His collar came off and he snuck out my window. My apartment is on the alley next two the parking lots on the corner of NE 1st St. and NE 4th Ave. (The blue roofed building)
