A Message From the Owner

Sebastian weighed 12 lbs as of April, he is not neutered. He is a long hair Chihuahua, white and brown. Sometimes mistaken for a Papillon. Was not wearing his harness with his license. Just had his shots in March. Ran out the open door while with a family member during our vacation. He was in Pinellas Park, not his own neighborhood.He is very scared of people, thunder and fireworks. Was possibly spotted a few times within the first 3 weeks. Suspect someone may have taken him in. Please help him get home if you know of his location. Owner is devastated.
