went missing about 1pm on friday, sept. 25, 2015 in our neighborhood in independence missouri 64050. crossroad is college. mccoy neighborhood close to park. his name is casper. he is all black with a silver undercoat, that kinda looks whitish. hes very friendly and is very loved and missed. please help.
