Origin
The Miniature Bull Terrier has been in existence since the middle of the 19th century. While they share common ancestry with the Pit Bull, Bullies do not share direct lineage and came up along side of each other. The Bull Terrier was bred in England to be more elegant and graceful, while maintaining the strength and tenacity of their ancestors. Bullies were bred to be gentle companions of their human families; and the softer, more demure personality has prevailed to this day.
