- Pet Description Shadow is a large all-black cat (few white hairs on his chest) with a cautious disposition. He was 7 years old, strong and healthy when he vanished on the night of June 29, 2012. We let him out and he just never came back, perhaps wandering out of his territory. May have been seen on Via San Jose, Via San Luis in back of our apartment complex (he would jump over the wall), may have visited feral cat colony next door. May have been adopted by someone believing he was a stray. All his medical stuff was up to date at the time he left.
