Penelope got loose on Riverside, east side of i 35, from the Ballpark apartment complex. She was last seen at the fire station on Riverside and at Baty Elementary. She may be a little scared but she is very friendly. She is not familiar with children, so she may be less likely to come to you if children are close by.
