Looks exactly like Lassie and answers to Oso. He's 7yrs old and a very friendly dog. Sits with his hands crossed. He managed to get out of his yard near the west side of 3rd and Pleasantvalley between the hours of 10am and 1125am (10/7) today. And was last seen by a neighbor also on the west side of 4th and Pleasantvalley around 1130am.
